CROSSOVER YOUTH PRACTICE MODELThe Crossover Youth Practice Model was developed by the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform in an effort to document research and best practices related to improving outcomes for youth who are dually-involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. The model pulls this information together in three phases of implementation across five practice areas. The Center for Juvenile Justice Reform, in partnership with Casey Family Programs, is supporting the implementation of this model in eleven communities across the country through the provision of technical assistance from its staff and expert faculty. If your jurisdiction or community is interested in learning more about the use and implementation of the Crossover Youth Practice Model, please feel free to contact the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform.
