Carly Lenhoff joined CJJR in July 2016 as a Research Assistant for the Youth In Custody Practice Model and the Juvenile Justice Reform and Reinvestment Initiative. She is a first-year graduate student at the McCourt School of Public Policy and the Georgetown University Law Center, earning her Masters in Public Policy and Juris Doctor. She received her B.A. in Philosophy and Politics magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2013.
Before coming to the CJJR, Carly worked as a paralegal at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco, providing assistance to attorneys developing habeas petitions and researching mental health, education and criminal law.
