Excellence in DEI Certification for Organizations

Alongside our standard certificate programs, this year CJJR, in partnership with Social Current and Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), is launching a new organizational certification—the Excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Certification . This 12-month certification aims to help community-based organizations, non-profits, and public agencies that serve youth and families with valuable training, coaching, and peer-sharing opportunities. The program’s goal is to ensure that organizational participants approach their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts with intention and that equity is:
– Deeply embedded in their culture;
– Reflected throughout their policies and practices; and
– Can endure through significant leadership and administrative changes.

Applications for this exciting new initiative are due by March 29, 2024.
