Defining Transformational Leadership in Youth Justice Agencies

Strong, visionary leadership is essential for driving meaningful change in youth justice agencies, especially in times of transition and reform. Executive leaders must inspire their teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and create a shared vision that empowers staff at all levels.

In this session, Clint Lacey, President and CEO of the Credible Messenger Mentoring Movement (CM3), will facilitate discussions around the core principles of transformational leadership and how they apply to youth justice agencies. The conversations will focus on strategies to build an organizational culture that supports innovation, staff development, and sustainable system improvements. Participants will leave with actionable insights to strengthen their leadership approach and drive lasting change within their agencies.
